We provide the ideal location for your special event. Here are a few examples of the events we've held:
The room has a $550.00 general rental fee. We will gladly personalize your set-up to meet the unique needs of your event. Our banquet room features a large dance floor and spectacular view of our golf course. Room rental deposit is required for all events except golf outings. Should any damages to Chestnut Hills property occur, the individual/organization renting the property is responsible for the cost of the repair or replacement. We cannot assume responsibility for personal property and equipment brought on to the premises. Please call us to help personalize your event.
All food and beverages on the Chestnut Hills Golf Course premises are to be provided by Chestnut Hills Golf Club or a Chestnut Hills approved caterer. A fifteen percent (15%) catering fee applies when using approved caterers as a condition of granting the caterer the opportunity to provide services in the Chestnut Hills banquet hall.
*Chestnut Hills Golf Club does not permit any additional food or beverages to be brought into the clubhouse for consumption. The only exception would be a wedding cake. We abide by all rules and regulations regarding the serving of alcoholic beverages. In accordance with the State Liquor Laws, all liquor, wine, and beer must be supplied by, and remain on the property of Chestnut Hills Golf Club.
